Please forgive me - but I'm confused. I have the verizon iPhone. I love it (I tell people - "What's not to love!".)
I think I'm disappointed that 4.3 (and 4.3.1) are not available for my iPhone - but does 4.2.6 contain the enhancements (quicker safari, etc.) that are in 4.3, or when they get around to releasing it for Verizon, I will get better performance.

So we are not able to use that new cover art view when streaming over your home network I guess...tried it and the option is grayed out....oh well.
Note: itunes looks great...I don't know what some people are ramping about.

Quite greedy strategy. Adobe's prices are so expensive, that you would expect a longer support for your purchase than one year (especially in Dreamweaver and Flash, because they are used in an areas where technology goes forward all the time). And anyway, probably all mid-cycle updates will be so minor that most users won't buy them - Adobe doesn't get money, they just piss off customers with these expensive service pack updates.

You're complaining because the FREE iPod that Apple is giving to you for FREE is the previous version that was just updated today, even though you're getting it for FREE!!! For you to complain about this makes YOU the rude one. You sound like a spoiled brat whining and complaining because the porche mummy and dada bought you for christmas is black instead of red. Um free is for a limited time only and you have to buy a $1000+ computer. Anyone who buys a $1000+ Mac should get a break on an iPod too. Also, I'm not complaining about the free iPod deal, I'm complaining that students used to get about a $30 break on all iPods year round. There is a reason why there is a whole education section on the Apple Online Store. Without students support, the iPod wouldn't be anywhere near the cultural icon that it is. Guess what, most students don't have a set income but their patronage is very important to Apple and iPods in general. And I'm 25, Mommy and Daddy haven't payed for me for a long time. I don't think either of those albums exhibit that -- the first four British albums in stereo do, but they've never been available on CD in stereo, just mono. Rubber Soul has a few songs that don't work well in headphones (eg Girl) but Revolver is mixed well!
Correction, They are ALL mixed well. the Separation was done on purpose, and frankly it is brilliant, and I dont find it Annoying in the slightest. (unless i am using one of those cassette adaptors in my car and it has developed a problem and only puts the left side through both speakers. yes, thats happened to me)
I honestly can't wrap my head around anyone complaining about the way those were mixed. I wish more albums these days were recorded with more experimentation on this level. i would make a huge stink if anyone Remixed those albums, and I certainly wouldnt buy them. hey why not just re-record them? george and john are dead, but we could have clapton do georges parts, and john's son Sean do his! bet we could get it to sound "Better"

Of course, the support web site serial numbers on the batteries "no not validate" even though they are within the ranges, and the phone line is busy (probably forever).

How is it that in THIS ECONOMY the US Gov't can't entice Apple/Foxconn/whoever to build here in the US?! Come on...you're telling me that the US Gov't either said a)nope...not gonna budge...our policies/rules are the same or b)here's our best offer (yet it was still much worse than opening in Brazil?!)
$12 Billion is a lot of money for a company opening a manufacturing plant.
As for your tax comment...I've always wondered and firmly believe that 100% of all US citizens should pay the exact same tax rate. Whites don't pay differently than blacks right? Catholics don't pay more than Muslims right? Aren't we all supposed to be "equal" in this nation? Make the darn tax rate something universal like 20% and every SINGLE YEAR we all know exactly what we're paying and the gov't knows exactly how much they're getting. Budget problems and crying will be basically wiped out.

Cutting NPR and Union collective bargaining rights are not going to solve our fiscal mess. How are going about mounting the powerbrick behind the desk? I would like mine off my desk aswell.
Well, I just did it, I used green strip putty (I can't remember the name), looks like this only a pine-green

I mounted it to the back of the desk, worked really well, just take 2 very small (half inch or so) peices and stick it on. It cleans up pretty easily off plastic, just don't try putting it on dry wall or plaster. (Hence, why I put it on the back of the desk, it wont come off very well, but who looks at the back of the desk?)

I agree that abuse needs to stop, but the underlined is completely and utterly false. This kind of abuse is so miniscule in scale compared to the hundreds of billions we are talking about here. The term drop in the bucket is beyond inadequate here.
